  • Carbon is Lyfe- guarantee that all items will be perfectly works and free from manufacturing defects.
  • A defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw produced during manufacturing process, including surface defects, unfit, broken stiches, incomplete assembly, and other imperfection condition.
  • In worst case, if you receive a damaged, defect, or imperfect product because of our production mistakes, we will subtitute it with the new one.
  • Damage due to normal wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect, damaged by courier, is not covered under our warranty policy
  • Defect Product of Carbon is Lyfe- is not covered under our warranty policy
  • The warranty is only covers the original end-user purchaser. Carbon is Lyfe- will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from an official store.
  • Customers must provide a valid invoice number or date of purchasement to make a claim.

HOW TO CLAIM FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Claim won’t be accepted after 3 days of receiving the product.To claim, please contact support@carbonislyfe.com or WA +6285156365784 with information of you name, adress, phone number, invoice number, purchase date, and the information about your complaint of the product.Our team will evaluate the claim within 1-2 business days. If your claim meets our policy of manufacture defects, we will inform you the return address and phone number. Please ship the product to our return address as soon as possible (shipping fee will be refund).
After we receive the returned product, we will ship the subtitute to your address. Shipping fee will be covered by us.

Can i exchange the product that i have received? 1. You receive a product that doesn’t match the order you made. 2. You receive a defect / imperfect product.
Can i exchange my product with other product? Yes, but only product with the same price.
How long is the exchange deadline from the time the item is received? You can exchange your product maximum 3 days after you receive the product.
